PO!N (“the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and manages data.

2-1. Account Authentication Credentials
If you sign in using a Google or Apple account to utilize the Cloud Sync feature, we collect the following:
- User ID (unique UID for authentication)
- Email address
- Display name and profile picture (if configured on your sign-in account)
2-2. Synced Notes and App Data
When the Cloud Sync feature is enabled, the data you create within the App is securely sent to and stored on Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud Platform):
- Content of your notes (text)
- Categories and keywords
- Timestamps (created/updated times) of the notes
*If Cloud Sync is not used, this data remains stored locally on your device only.
2-3. Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including:
- App launches and screen views
- Feature usage
- Session data
- OS version, device model, app version
*No personally identifiable information is included.
2-4. Crash Logs (Firebase Crashlytics)
To improve stability, we collect crash-related data such as:
- Exception details and stack traces
- Device information (OS, device model)
- App version
*No personal information or note content is collected.
2-5. Notification Tokens
A device notification token is collected to send push notifications.
It is not linked directly to your note content or personal identity.
3. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used solely for:
- Providing core features of the App
- Identity verification and account management for Cloud Sync
- Backing up sync data and synchronizing across multiple devices
- Improving app performance and fixing issues
- Delivering push notifications
- Understanding usage to improve UX
4. Data Management & Third-Party Sharing
- Your synced notes are only accessible by logging into your own account. Neither the developer nor third parties can read your notes.
- Authentication and sync data are stored securely on Google Cloud Platforms (Firebase).
- When you perform "Delete Account" in the App, or request account/data deletion, all your authentication and sync data stored on the servers are **immediately and permanently deleted**.
- We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
5. Third-Party Services Used
This App uses the following third-party services to store, authenticate, and analyze data:
- Firebase Authentication (Login & authentication)
- Cloud Firestore (Cloud Sync & database storage)
- Firebase Analytics (usage analysis)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Data processing complies with Google/Firebase's respective privacy policies.
6. User Rights
You have the right to:
- View, edit, and delete your registered account and sync data
- Immediately delete your account and all server-side sync data via the in-app "Delete Account" feature
- Change notification settings
- Request deletion of analytics-related data via our support contact
